If you still have the key, then the software is available for download from the official website. However, the upgrade is not free and users with a key for version 4 of Janus are instructed to enter it and select the Janus 5 Upgrade from Janus 4 form on the same website.
Access the page, enter the key and then you'll be able to upgrade for $79.00 USD. This is the only possible way. If you have any other questions about this process, get in touch with the developers.
I have upgraded my computer to Windows 10, but can't now gain access to my Janus 4.3 software. Is there a download for Windows 10?

According to the information presented on the official website, you can install the application on Windows 95, 98, Me, XP, Vista, 7, and Windows 8.
As you can see, there is no Windows 10 compatibility. You might have to wait until the developers release a compatible version for Windows 10. Additionally, try launching the application in Compatibility Mode. Right click it and then go to Properties > Compatibility and choose an operating system from the ones mentioned above.
